I also have a hard time distinguishing what’s real or not at times and might start stressing / freaking out because of it. i might occasionally need people to reassure me things are real or that things aren’t real (like if i’m imagining noises and getting scared by them). i’ll try and remember to tag them with // dreality and // reality check tho!
